YONGCHUAN

For Yongchuan’s Seafood Festival, I led the campaign’s creative direction and digital storytelling, developing the overall narrative, campaign planning, photography, and videography direction to bring the seasonal concept to life. Working closely with the team, I shaped a visual approach centered around freshness, craftsmanship, and the story behind each dish, creating content that felt refined, immersive, and aligned with the restaurant’s identity.

Beyond production, I also managed the brand’s social media presence throughout the campaign, overseeing content rollout, messaging, and platform execution. From behind-the-scenes kitchen moments to polished dish photography and narrative-led video, the campaign was designed to create a cohesive story across every touchpoint while highlighting Yongchuan’s seasonal seafood offerings in a thoughtful, elevated way.

AS SEEN IN INFATUATION

Come to YongChuan for an unstuffy but still elegant-feeling special occasion, like a group chat reunion when someone’s visiting from out of town, or a double-date birthday dinner. Ideally, you should bring a few friends to sample widely from the stacked menu, and for a particularly memorable centerpiece to your meal, consider the Ningbo Eighteen Cuts. This signature raw crab dish must be preordered a week in advance, but for a celebration, it’s well worth it.

Event Planning & Production

Yongchuan is a New York destination for refined Ningbo cuisine, bringing seasonal ingredients, fresh seafood, and thoughtful craftsmanship to the table. Its 2026 Seafood Festival, “First Catch of the East China Sea,” celebrates the season through limited-time dishes rooted in freshness, tradition, and the flavors of the East China Sea.
